Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Corporate Treasury Sales Dealer to join their treasury department in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the origination of business from corporate clients. Soliciting and executing treasury transactions on their instructions and coordinating with Corporate Banking for account servicing.
Responsibilities:
• Invest excess cash balances to increase returns.
• Ensure quality and effective response to clients queries and problems.
• Generate target volume of business from corporate clients by promoting treasury products.
• Manage daily liquidity position and maintain the banks investment portfolio accounting system.
• Maximize revenue through the execution of client orders in foreign exchange and money market transactions.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Economics or Finance, ideally ACCA/CFA/CA.
• At least 7 years experience in markets and trading in a bank in the GCC.
• Foreign exchange and money-market training as well as experience in dealing with clients at various levels of hierarchy.
