Job Description ¡V Working on LNG Planning Projects.

ƒÞ Requirements -
ƒÞ Produce and review monthly the Long Term update of the centralized activity Plan for the company.
ƒÞ Coordinate and run the monthly Corporate Planning update cycle in close co-operation with all department managers.
ƒÞ Analyse the Plan, identify potential conflicts or possible optimisations.
ƒÞ Prepare necessary documentation for review and approval at ManCom level at the quarterly Corporate Planning meeting.
ƒÞ Propose solutions to optimise the Plan.
ƒÞ Ensure the consistency with the rolling 18 month activity plan.
ƒÞ Provide on a monthly and ¡¥as required¡¦ basis activity long term planning to both LNG Production forecasting function and Cost forecasting function.
ƒÞ Own and administrate the centralized planning database of the company
ƒÞ Evaluate and propose improvements to the Corporate Planning process and database tool/structure.
ƒÞ Ensure the quality of the Company¡¦s planning function.
ƒÞ Maintain awareness of industry and Company development planning practices, tools and techniques.
ƒÞ Coordinate activities with other colleagues and disciplines within company and proactively build positive and constructive relationships with clients and colleagues
ƒÞ Coordinate and arbitrate regular updating of corporate work programme, through quarterly planning process and approve technical input to Corporate Long Term Plan
ƒÞ Validate the consistency with the rolling 18 months activity plan.
ƒÞ Develop economic models to support business decision making
ƒÞ Perform certain cost analyses as directed by the GM
ƒÞ Maintain a working knowledge of the LNG econ
