ROTATIONAL JOB - 3 MONTHS ON 2 WEEKS OFF

Project Manager

REPORTING To: Projects Director

LOCATION: Construction Site

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Follow up the construction activities planning,

• Critical path,

• Distribution of manpower, equipment materials and its impact to schedule,

• Ensuring that the project is well followed and project management is well implemented

• Overlooking the construction and its progress to identify all the requirements needed with the support of construction supervisor, manager and material control personnel

• Ensure the coordination and preparation for the manpower, equipments, materials

• Preparation of weekly reports and monthly reports highlighting the general activities of the week/ month

• Business Development activities through direct communication with client,

• preparation of strategic plans,

• Assisting in quality control implementation works. etc.

• Securing that development of the project to meet the delivery date and improve the activities as per req. of project

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Monthly Salary = 10,000 - 13,000 USD/month Rotation of 3 months worked, 2 weeks leave unpaid (Negotiable).

GENERAL NOTES:

• Candidate must have at least 8-15 years (but 30 yrs or less) experience in Project Management in the industry of Oil and Gas and General Construction works.

• Must be fluent in Primavera, MS Project, MS office, internet, and typing

• Must be holder of Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Project Management…etc

• Must be fluent in English reading/writing/typing

• Must be a person that is well oriented with the site works and is able to handle large group’s projects and coordination activities…
